About the Phoenix Chair
The Phoenix chair takes the proportions of a Chiavari and replaces the ladder back with two interlocking rings — an open circular backrest that photographs beautifully against uplighting and reads as contemporary rather than traditional. It is the model we get asked for most often by venues that want something their competitors do not already have in the store room.
The frame is moulded in one piece from PP resin, so the rings are structural rather than decorative: there are no glued inserts to work loose after a season of stacking. Weight stays low enough for fast changeovers, and the open back keeps sightlines clear across a ballroom.
Six finishes are held as standard, including champagne and crystal for venues working in soft neutral palettes. Custom Pantone matching is available for larger programmes.
