About the Seat Cushions

A cushion is the cheapest way to change how a room looks. The same gold Chiavari chair reads as ivory-and-gold or as deep burgundy depending on what is tied to the seat, which means one chair fleet can serve several different weddings in a month without buying new furniture.

Our pads tie onto the seat frame with fabric ties, so they stay put when a guest stands up mid-speech and do not slide off during transport. Three covers are standard — satin for a formal sheen, velvet for warmth and depth, PU leather for venues that need something wipe-clean.

Fill is high-density foam cut to the seat profile rather than a loose bag, so the pad does not bunch at the front edge after a season of use. Custom colours, piping and embroidered logos are available for rental companies branding their stock.

Seat Cushions FAQs

Will these fit my existing chairs?

They are cut for our Chiavari, Phoenix, Cross Back and Bentwood seats. If you already own chairs from another supplier, send us the seat dimensions and we will confirm the fit before you order.

Which cover is most durable?

PU leather for heavy rental use — it wipes clean and does not hold stains. Satin and velvet look richer but need more careful handling and dry cleaning between events.

Can I order cushions and chairs together?

Yes, and we recommend it: we can pack the cushions inside the chair cartons so everything arrives in one shipment and one customs entry.

What is the minimum order for cushions?

50 pieces per colour, the same as our chairs. Colours can be mixed within one order.
