1. Who we are

Aura Events is a wholesale supplier of wedding and event furniture, trading from Bazhou, Hebei Province, China. Aura Events is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Full company registration details are available on request.

2. What we collect

We only ask for what we need to prepare and follow up a wholesale quotation:

• Enquiry details — your name, company name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, the models and quantities you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message field.
• Order and shipping details — delivery address, consignee, port and customs information, once you place an order.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected in aggregate by our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) to keep the site online and to block abusive traffic.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for payment card details through this website.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email to anyone who has not asked for it.

4. Who else sees it

Your details are handled by our own sales team. Beyond that, we share data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and security.
• Google — business email and site analytics.
• Brevo — transactional and quotation email delivery.
• Freight forwarders and couriers — only the consignee and delivery details needed to ship your order.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

5. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or profiling cookies. Our hosting provider sets strictly necessary security cookies, and our analytics provider may set cookies that help us understand which pages are visited. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to an order are kept for as long as tax and customs law requires, normally six years. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data sooner — see below.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to sales@aura-event.shop and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email.
