About the Chiavari Chair

The Chiavari chair has been the benchmark of banquet seating for decades — slim, elegant, and light enough for one person to move forty of them before the guests arrive. Our version keeps the classic ladder-back silhouette with bamboo-style spindles and rebuilds it in virgin polypropylene, so it survives the stacking, trolleying and repeated loading that rental fleets put chairs through.

Because we mould in-house in Bazhou, Hebei, the frame, finish and colour are all controlled at one site. That means a gold that matches the gold you ordered last season, and a replacement batch that drops straight into an existing fleet without looking like a different chair.

Every frame is stackable, cushion-ready, and available in metallic-look or solid colour finishes. Colours can be Pantone matched, and we can print your logo on the seat or back for rental companies that brand their stock.

Chiavari Chair FAQs

Is there any metal in the chair?
No. The seat, back and legs are moulded in one piece from virgin polypropylene — no steel insert, no welded joint and no metal fastener. Gold, silver and champagne are metallic-look surface finishes applied to the resin itself, not metal parts or metal plating. That is why the chair does not rust and stays light enough to carry in stacks.
Can Chiavari chairs be used outdoors?
Yes. The PP resin frame is weather-resistant and will not swell, warp or rust like timber or steel. We recommend bringing them in after the event to keep the metallic-look finish looking new over many seasons.
Can I mix colours in one order?
Yes. The 50-piece minimum applies per colour, and you can combine several colours and several models in a single container to build a balanced stock.
Do the chairs come with cushions?
Cushions are ordered separately. We make tie-on pads in satin, velvet and PU leather that match every frame colour, and we can pack them with the chairs so they arrive together.
How many chairs fit in a container?
Loading quantity depends on the model and whether cushions are packed inside. Tell us the model and quantity you are considering and we will send the exact 20FT / 40FT / 40HC loading figures.
